The 8 associates were selected from a pool of hundreds of applicants from around the world and represent acclaimed business and policy schools from Europe and the United States, including Cornell, American University, Rutgers, Duke, Thunderbird and Science Po. Over the next 3 months, they will deliver on high level, value-adding projects that will contribute to overall business growth for our other programmes as well as for our partner organisations; including:

• The Tony Elumelu Foundation
• Africapitalism Institute
• National Competitiveness Council of Nigeria; and the
• Nigerian Export Promotion Council.

Femi is a graduate of the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University where he specialised in Investment Banking and Corporate/Business Development. He will be pursuing his professional career with UBS Investment Bank’s Global Energy Group with a focus on oil & gas investment banking. Prior to business school, Femi was a financial services-focused business strategy consultant, where he worked with various banks on M&A initiatives.Femi is excited to be returning home to work with The Tony Elumelu Foundation to help support the future of entrepreneurship in Africa.He holds a BA from Columbia University in the City of New York.
