Discover the Power of Partnership
with the Tony Elumelu Foundation

WELCOME TO THE FOREFRONT OF AFRICA'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP REVOLUTION, WHERE IMPACT MEETS INNOVATION, AND DREAMS ARE TRANSFORMED INTO REALITY. AT THE TONY ELUMELU FOUNDATION, WE ARE NOT JUST SHAPING THE FUTURE; WE ARE REDEFINING IT.

Through our US$100 million flagship TEF Entrepreneurship Programme, we are identifying, training, mentoring, and funding young entrepreneurs who are not just building businesses but transforming entire communities.

Every year, we receive hundreds of thousands of applications from young African entrepreneurs across all 54 African countries, a testament to the immense entrepreneurial spirit that thrives across the continent.

Now, more than ever, we invite like-minded organizations to join forces with us, leveraging our entrepreneurship ecosystem to select and support even more visionary young African entrepreneurs. Join us on this transformative journey where we further unlock the full potential of Africa’s entrepreneurs.

The Foundation’s ability to fund, train, mentor, and network young African entrepreneurs has created a unique platform for catalysing growth across the African continent. The robust ability of the Foundation to reach entrepreneurs across geographies and sectors has enabled it conduct innovative partnerships and bespoke programmes including targeting female empowerment and growth in fragile states with the partners below:
