Opinion: New models for the development of Africa

The time has come for a new approach to development in Africa. Contrary to the current global trend, the economic prospects of the continent are very favorable for the coming years. Development models based on foreign aid, the charitable sector, sovereign debt, or the export of primary products, are no longer suited to Africa.
